somebody's accuser just pulled the civil lawsuit claims. the criminal case, however, is doing great.

so. picture a guy. looksmaxxing guy. very online. facing charges in massachusetts while simultaneously managing a florida civil suit that, as of last week, had just gotten more claims added to it. battery. sex without consent. the whole amended situation.

per nbc news, the accuser's lawyer has now dropped the sexual assault claims from that florida civil lawsuit entirely. the reasoning, per the lawyer, is that the criminal justice system is the better venue for those allegations. the massachusetts rape case, chat, is still very much active. so the florida suit gets lighter; the cape cod court date does not move.

also per ndtv, and almost as an afterthought: this same person allegedly got thrown out of the camp looksmax mansion hours after arguing california law on stream. that detail exists. it is real. it happened on the same day.

anyway. the lore keeps reshuffling but the massachusetts docket stays exactly where it is.
