xqc, who has roughly nine opinions per waking minute, went on record saying kai cenat is an s-tier streamer. a clip surfaced on r/livestreamfail on august 19th and chat is this real the thread moved fast.

so what's the internet doing with this.

a chunk of the lsf thread apparently treated it as obvious. the general vibe from that corner was something like: yeah, correct, next question. some people noted the timing, given kai just wrapped the minecraft hardcore collab and the discourse around his esports awards nomination is still warm. endorsement lands different when the subject is already trending.

another read in the thread framed it as xqc being xqc, meaning: he will say the thing everyone is thinking and somehow it still becomes a headline. this is a man whose opinion on streaming carries actual weight whether he wants it to or not. people clocked that.
