the return is confirmed. according to dexerto and the express tribune, kai cenat ended his streaming hiatus on july 5 with a simulcast hitting both twitch and youtube simultaneously. this is, per reporting, his first time doing that. the multistreaming era is no longer a rumor or a report, it is apparently a live event that already happened.
streamer university 2 roster reveal is july 6. per dexerto's coverage, kai announced during that stream that the full lineup of students and professors for streamer university 2 will be revealed today. which is today. so that's either out by the time you read this or dropping in the next few hours.
what we don't know: the actual names. no roster has been confirmed in any of the reporting yet. the july 6 date is what was announced on stream. we know applications reopened, we know the la location is running, we know several public rejections have already happened, but who actually made the cut remains unconfirmed as of this writing.
what else we don't know: the vibe of the return. no extended clip breakdown has surfaced covering what else was discussed. there's also a separate signal floating around about kai reacting to ice spice's tech fleece preferences, which is the lore it is.
