A Future Host. A Private Message. A Very Public Wound.
Somewhere between the end of one era and the start of another, a former colleague apparently decided the group chat wasn't enough.
He has a new gig lined up. A whole season built around him. And yet, as of this week, he is fielding private messages from old friends who want something he has not yet offered: an apology, or something close to one. According to reporting from LADbible and Comic Basics, Steve-O sent a direct message to a certain future Fishtank host demanding accountability for the fallout surrounding Jackass: Best and Last. Not a subtweet. Not a press junket soundbite. A direct message.
The recipient, sources close to the situation did not need to clarify, is Bam Margera. The man who skipped the premiere, who called the money insufficient, who is allegedly sober and skating and pointed toward whatever Season 5 becomes. The DM changes nothing about the Fishtank calendar. It changes everything about the temperature of the room he is about to walk into.
