Mark Wahlberg Dropped Ted 3 Hints on a Kick Stream With N3on and We Need Everyone to Sit Down
A Hollywood A-lister teasing a sequel to his most chaotic franchise IP on a livestream with a man who allegedly ran over a woman at a carnival. We live here now.
So there Mark Wahlberg was, darlings, on a Kick stream with N3on and PlaqueBoyMax on August 12th, presumably expecting a chill collab, a few clout exchanges, everyone goes home. Instead, per reporting from Bubbleblabber, Wahlberg apparently decided this was the correct venue to hint that Ted 3 is in the worksalong with an animated sequel series. On a livestream. With N3on. On Kick.
To be clear about what happened here: a man whose film career includes a talking CGI bear who smokes weed and says the quiet parts loud chose to break franchise news not at a press junket, not on a late-night couch, but during a stream with a guy who was rejected from Canada's Wonderland less than two weeks ago.
We are not making this up. We do not need to.
Wahlberg apparently hinted at both a third film and an animated follow-up, according to Bubbleblabber's coverage of the stream. No hard release dates, no official announcement from a studio, nothing that locks this in as confirmed gospel. Just a very large movie star being very casual about intellectual property on a platform that also hosts gambling streams at 3 AM. Allegedly a totally normal business decision.
And if this feels familiar, it is because N3on has been doing this thing recently where A-list adjacency just keeps finding him. Maxx Crosby showed him a seven-figure watch collection. He went to the Everglades with Alex Rodriguez. He turned up at a UFC White House event with fighter Aiemann Zahabi the same day Wahlberg was dropping Ted hints, per a separate signal out of Mshale. He also apparently met the Cadillac Formula 1 team on August 12th, which at this point tracks perfectly, because why not throw motorsport into the mix.
The scoreboard is doing something interesting here. N3on's last month included a golf cart incident at Toronto's Caribbean Carnival that is still not fully resolved, a walkout after Chromazz allegedly came for his faith on stream, a ban from WWE backstage after the Penta mask situation, and a Mississauga mall that allegedly did not survive the visit intact. Any one of those would be the defining moment of a normal content creator's career. N3on collected all four in a single calendar month and then went and got a Higgsfield AI avatar deal and a Mark Wahlberg collab.
We wish him strength in this trying time of his own rising Q-score.
The Ted 3 hint itself may or may not amount to anything, given that no studio has confirmed a single word of it and Wahlberg is famously enthusiastic in general. But the clip exists. The moment happened. A franchise announcement, however soft, was made in front of a Kick audience rather than a trades journalist, and the man facilitating that moment was N3on, who two weeks ago could not get past the gates at an amusement park in Ontario.
Keep receipts, my loves. This arc is not close to over.
