Leonard Fournette Just Told Emmanuel Acho to Call Adin Ross, and Brand Risk Has Officially Become the Court of Last Resort for NFL Beef

It started, as so many great American disputes do, with a hot take about a struggling quarterback. Emmanuel Acho, sports analyst and professional opinion-haver, said something about Caleb Williams that Leonard Fournette apparently could not let stand. So Fournette, a man who has carried the ball into linebackers for a living, issued a boxing challenge. Fine. Normal. Except the specific venue he named, according to Yahoo Sports, was Adin Ross.

"Call Adin Ross," Fournette allegedly said. Not a promoter. Not a gym. Adin Ross.

Darlings, that is the sentence of the week. Maybe the month.

Because what this means, practically, is that Brand Risk Promotions has now become shorthand inside NFL circles for where you go when you want to settle something with your hands and a pay-per-view audience. Fournette did not say call Top Rank. He did not say call Eddie Hearn. He said call the 24-year-old Kick streamer who has been putting influencer fights together since he was still catching a bag from Twitch.

And if this feels familiar, it is because Adin has spent the better part of 2026 turning Brand Risk into exactly this kind of cultural shorthand. Dana White was allegedly watching Brand Risk 15 ringside at UFC Sacramento in August. King Green took a shot at the pay scale in September.
