And if this feels like a lot, remember: a July 12 report from AOL surfaced this week showing Piker had also called Bill Maher an 'Islamophobe' demonstrating 'anti-Blackness,' which means the streamer is currently in open friction with Hannity, Maher, Destiny (restraining order pending, allegedly), moderate Democrats, and the Cato Institute simultaneously. That is not a coalition. That is a schedule.

The chatter settling out of this particular news cycle seems to be less about ideology and more about spectacle. Does Piker actually want the Fox seat, or is the challenge itself the content?
