For the record, this is not a neutral observation. Destiny pointing out that he is being weaponized by two people who hate each other is its own kind of move. It positions him as the adult in a room he was never actually in.

The timing is not subtle. On July 21, Asmongold had already weighed in on the Hasan-Destiny restraining order dispute, which is a sentence that exists and describes real events. Hasan, on July 15, called Asmongold a 'dumb disgusting low IQ animal.' Neither of those men is in a position to credibly frame the other as evasive when both are currently avoiding the same conversation from opposite directions.

What makes this genuinely funny is the symmetry. Two streamers with completely different politics, different audiences, and a documented mutual contempt have arrived at identical strategy. Point at Destiny. Say your opponent won't engage. Walk away. Repeat.

Destiny benefits from this arrangement whether he likes it or not. Every invocation of his name as a standard of intellectual accountability keeps him central to a feud he is not technically part of.
