The timing is worth stating plainly. On July 7, a judge reportedly sided with Mizkif to continue a lawsuit against Emiru while declining to continue it against Asmongold, according to a separate r/LivestreamFail submission. Asmongold is, legally, in the clear. He then spent the following day explaining to game studios how to use adult content platform cosplay behavior as a character design filter.

Also on July 7, a clip surfaced of Asmongold responding to Hasan Piker by raising unspecified past accusations against him, per another r/LivestreamFail post. The pattern is consistent.
