Alleged Drug Texts. A Failed Truce. The Sneako-Akademiks Feud Just Opened a New Front.

To understand where things stand on October 30, one must accept that they are, by any reasonable measure, worse than they were on October 29. A new front in the ongoing war between Sneako and DJ Akademiks opened Thursday, and it arrived in the form of alleged private text messages. Here is what this publication can establish, and where the record goes dark.

What the messages allegedly show. According to reporting from NDTV Sports and Primetimer, DJ Akademiks reposted what he claimed were private texts between Sneako and a woman identified as "Xena," described as an alleged former partner. In the messages, Sneako allegedly asks Xena to purchase MDMA. Akademiks framed the release as evidence bearing on Sneako's claimed Muslim identity, writing, per reporting, that Sneako "is now pretending to be Muslim." This publication has not independently reviewed the original messages. Their authenticity has not been verified.

What Sneako has said in response. As of publication, no direct public denial or explanation from Sneako regarding the drug messages has been confirmed by sources reviewed by this correspondent. His previous posture in this feud, documented across multiple prior broadcasts, has been to contest the framing of evidence Akademiks releases rather than the releases themselves.

Whether a reconciliation was attempted. Yes, apparently. According to HotNewHipHop, Sneako and Akademiks appeared together in a livestream described as an attempt to resolve the feud. It failed. The session is being described as a "crash-out" by multiple outlets. The specific points of breakdown are not fully established in the available signal, but the drug message release appears to have come either during or immediately around this window, which is not a favorable condition for diplomacy.

What remains unknown. The origin and chain of custody of the alleged texts is unverified. Whether "Xena" has commented, confirmed, or disputed the messages being shared is not established. Whether Sneako's legal team, which sent a demand letter over AI photos and the 100GB footage claims, intends to expand that action to cover the text messages is unknown.

Why this particular beat matters. The drug message angle is distinct from the prior allegations because it attacks the specific identity Sneako has built his recent public profile around. His Muslim faith has been central to his commentary on Palestine, his criticism of other streamers, and his positioning against figures like Adin Ross. Akademiks appears to be targeting that foundation directly. Whether the messages accomplish that goal is a question the audience, and eventually Sneako, will have to answer.

History will note that the two men sat across from each other on a stream and still could not find the exit. For all of us, the feed continues.
