A Certain Twitch Streamer Said Some Things. Then His Channel Went Offline.

Imagine a streamer. Large following. Famously cluttered living space. A week already full of opinions about women, biology, undocumented children, and the legal liability of Twitch itself. Now imagine that same streamer logs off on August 7 and his secondary Twitch channel, the one under the name ZackRawrr, simply stops existing.

That is where things stand with Asmongold as of today. Kotaku reported the suspension on August 7. The Times of India linked it to remarks the streamer allegedly made about shooting immigrants and children. A post on r/LivestreamFail, submitted the same day by user digitalpizza5, claims to contain the suspected clip. Dexerto confirmed the ZackRawrr channel was taken offline; the official reason from Twitch has not been stated. For the record, this is his second ban from the platform.

What happens next

Twitch has not issued a public statement giving a cause. Asmongold has not, as of publication, responded on stream or in a post. Whether the ban is temporary or permanent remains open. The contents and authenticity of the suspected clip have not been independently confirmed.
